MOTHERHOOD WORKSHOPS FOR PREGNANCY

Homebirth 101
Are you interested in planning a home birth? Or have you planned a homebirth but need help
preparing your close family members on what to expect?  This workshop is designed to provide
research-based information, facts and details about planned homebirths.  A video will be shown
of an actual home birth. This workshop is a great addition to our regular childbirth classes for those
choosing homebirth.

Preparing to Conceive
This workshop will provide you some insight on “natural” ways to enhance fertility and to prepare yourself for pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood. 
Prepare to be enlightened and informed on all the choices available to you as a soon-to-be parent.

Natural Birth Refresher
This refresher will provide a review of labor to couples who have previously experienced natural birth.  We will discuss stages of labor, relaxation
techniques, positions, fears, and birth environment.  Great for couples whether it’s your second baby or fifth!
