RETURNING TO WORK AFTER BABY

with your new baby.

INTRO TO BABY SIGN LANGUAGE
We are excited to now be offering an overview of the basics of baby sign language.  This new class will show parents how to incorporate baby sign language into
their family.  We will cover approx. 15-20 signs, discuss the benefits of using sign language with babies and toddlers and talk about how children learn signs. We
recommend purchasing a pack of 25 Baby Signs Flashcards along with this class as a way to insure remembering the signs better. These are available in our boutique.

HEALTHY FOODS FOR BABIES & TODDLERS
Are considering starting solids with your baby?  Or perhaps you are wondering what some good first foods there are available to make or buy. A demonstration
on how to make your own baby food and learn tips on getting started. Jona will also be answering the following "common" questions about foods for babies:

• Understanding Wheat and Gluten Allergies
• Grains, Fruits or Veggies - which comes first
• Common/Uncommon signs of allergy
