HOLISTIC MOTHERING RETREAT

Join us on this exploration through our minds using meditation, yoga, mindful parenting
and a deeper understanding of holistic living.  We will be connecting with our children on a deeper level and understanding our own inhibitions that might be preventing us from living our daily lives in awareness and truly finding happiness.  Looking at holistic ways of parenting and for finding our whole selves at the same time, our seminars will include healthy ways to reenergize ourselves and find peace as a mother. Young Babies/Nursing Babies are welcome at no additional charge. You can choose to come just for the retreats and return home at night or stay in the beautiful Lodge for onl y $99/night.
